2 x Cryogenic freeze-dryers with the following configuration:

  • Shelf area of 12.6 and 29.7 m2 respectively
  • Ice condenser capacity of 216 kg and 600 kg respectively
  • LN2 refrigeration system
  • Minimum temperature at shelves of -70 oC
  • Minimum temperature at condenser of -100 oC
  • Multi-stage high vacuum system
  • Fluid circulation pump in stand-by
  • CIP/SIP
  • Chamber and door fast cool down after SIP by means of pillow type heat exchangers
  • Constant height loading/unloading
  • Chamber N2 environment for anaerobic loading
  • Semi-automatic loading/unloading carts
  • Lyosuite SCADA control system
